Wellness is defined as balance of the mind, body and spirit that results in an overall feeling of wellbeing. Health and wellbeing are often thought of as the absence of pain. Our physical wellbeing is related to our emotional and spiritual wellbeing. Physical and emotional pain indicates that something is out balance in our lives. I have discovered a path to wellbeing through Wilderness Therapy, Dance Therapy, Consciousness Work, Yoga & Meditation, Theta Healing, Sound Healing and Nutrition.
